Since 1987 Mallard Cove Construction Co. staff has been providing high quality custom residential and commercial construction, in the Tallahassee area. Our completed project list includes residential and commercial building renovations,  routine and preventative maintenance, and more than 400 homes ranging from 1100 to 5,000 sf.

Mallard Cove is located in Tallahassee Florida, and is continuously licensed and insured to provide construction and property maintenance solutions throughout the state of Florida.

Before Mallard Cove Construction began, Rod Moeller, our Certified Building Contractor worked extensively for Professional Engineering firms providing manufacturing quality control of construction and building materials. Later he provided contract administration services on Federal Aviation Projects, Department of Defense Aviation Facilities, Major City of Tallahassee Utility Infrastructure Projects, numerous Federal Highway Projects as well as dozens of North Florida roadway and commercial building projects.

For many years Rod provided Project Management services as the prime contractor of Interstate Highway, and Florida DOT projects including cast in place bridges, and significant utility projects.

During this period Rod qualified for the State of Florida Professional Engineers Exam.
